Name it and say who it is for — a client, or just your team. It starts with Requests, Backlog, In progress, Review and Done columns.
Choose what the client sees
Share the columns and cards the client should follow. Internal notes, labels and anything you have not shared stay on your side.
Send them a link
Create a share link, pick what it allows and when it expires, and paste it into an email or a chat. They see progress straight away.
What your client sees
Your client sees the shared columns and cards, answers the questions you asked and replies on cards. Nothing marked agency-only is sent to their browser.
Connect GitHub Projects in a minute
Connect with the Zinn® GitHub app, which stores nothing long-lived, or a personal access token. Issues, pull requests and draft items sync with the board, and if both sides change the same field the most recent edit wins and the overwrite is logged.

Frequently asked questions
Is Zinn® Boards really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one board with up to five people on it, the client view, share links and GitHub Projects sync, with no time limit. Pro and Business add unlimited boards and people, AI and automations — see the pricing page.
Do my clients need an account?
Not to look. A read-only share link opens the board without an account. To raise a request, answer a question or comment, a client signs in or creates a free account, and sees only the cards and columns you have shared.
Is pricing per user?
No. Each plan is one price per organisation per month, however many people are on your boards. Pro and Business include unlimited boards and unlimited people.
Can clients see our internal notes?
No. Cards, columns and comments are agency-only unless you share them, and labels are never shown to clients. Unshared items are filtered out before anything is sent to the client's browser.
How does the GitHub Projects sync work?
Connect a project with the Zinn® GitHub app or a fine-grained personal access token. Items, their fields and status sync both ways, or from GitHub only if you prefer. Updates arrive live through a webhook, or every five minutes without one.
Does the AI cost extra?
AI is included on Pro and Business and runs on Zinn® AI credit or a daily included allowance. On any plan you can connect your own AI provider key instead, and we do not charge for runs on your key.
Is it included with Zinn Digital® hosting?
Yes. Every Zinn Digital® Agency and Reseller hosting plan includes Zinn® Boards, with AI and API access, at no extra cost.
Can I import from Trello or Jira?
Not today. There is no importer yet, so you start with a new board. Boards and cards can be created through the API, which is how bulk moves are done.
